Den 27. april offentliggjorde Human Rights Watch (HRW) en rapport med titlen A Threshold Crossed – Israeli Authorities and the Crimes of Apartheid and Persecution.
Det er et 213-siders litani af beskyldninger og anklager. Det skildrer den jødiske stat Israel som en apartheidstat, hvis eneste formål er at forfølge palæstinenserne.
